Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply on selected products or campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • Your contact number is active
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email depending on courier availability.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery delays can happen due to:

  • Incomplete customer information

FT Link is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

Wrong Address or Unreachable Customer

If:

then additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

Parcel Inspection

Customers are advised to:

  • Check parcel condition before accepting delivery
  • Record an opening video for warranty or claim purposes

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
